Cardoness Castle
Learn about the lawlessness of the McCullochs, for whom this six-storey tower house was built. Godfrey was executed for killing John Gordon, to whom the castle passed when the McCullochs lost their money.
Visitors' dogs are allowed at Cardoness Castle, but are not permitted in roofed areas. It is recommended you take turns with the dog to enable you to see the whole attraction. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and not left unattended at any time.
