2026 World Sheepdog Trials

The 2026 World Sheepdog Trials is the world's most prestigious competition for working sheepdogs and their handlers. Held every three years by the International Sheep Dog Society (ISDS), it brings together the very best sheepdog teams from around the globe to compete in traditional sheepdog trials.

The 2026 event takes place from Wednesday 16 September to Sunday 20 September 2026 at Huntington Farm, near Lauder in the Scottish Borders, Scotland. The area is often described as the historic birthplace of the Border Collie.

Dogs are very welcome to come along, on lead.
