Kabn Cairngorms

KABN Cairngorms is the latest addition to the KABN collection, joining the brand's two established luxury cabins at Loch Fyne. Opening in Summer 2026, this private cabin is set within a secluded 4,000-acre estate in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. Designed as a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, it offers guests the chance to switch off, slow down and experience one of Scotland's most spectacular landscapes.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at KABN. The surrounding landscape offers exceptional access to miles of walking and exploration right from your doorstep. Guests are asked to be mindful of the wildlife and the retreat's quiet nature. KABN charges £50 per stay (up to a maximum of 2 dogs) which includes a 10% donation to the Scottish SPCA as well as dog goodies on arrival.
