We spent a few hours in the beer garden at Markie Dans whilst visiting Oban on our island hopping honeymoon and loved it! The area we sat in was fairly shaded, which was great as we wanted to keep our dog out of the heat. The food and drink are very reasonably priced (and delicious). We got some sharing plates to nibble on and the choice was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive too... Nothing was too much to ask for and we didn't need to wait long for our drinks to arrive. Completely covid compliant so felt very safe. Overall a great experience, can't fault it.
