Ty Paer near New Quay on Cardigan Bay is a superior Grade 2 listed cottage with original features lending character and charm. New Quay has been described as 'the jewel in the crown of beautiful West Wales' and is less than 2 miles away. It has a blue flag beach, small fishing fleet and colourful pleasure craft, not to mention the bottle-nosed dolphins, harbour porpoise, and Atlantic grey seals which reside in Cardigan Bay and which are frequently seen from the pier.
