The Green Dragon Welshpool is located at the top of Welshpool Town Centre. Established back in 1754, The Green Dragon sits within a Grade II listed building. Originally much smaller, our public house was extended into the next building in the 1980s and now occupies both 9 and 10 Mount Street.
A local favourite The Green Dragon serves a wide selection of drinks and snacks, shows live sports and hosts a jukebox. We also have a refurbished backroom that can be hired out for special occasions including parties, christenings, wakes; and sporting events such as dart and pool competitions.
