Blackweir Tavern Cardiff

Primarily a student venue (however they cater for everyone - including children throughout the day), the Blackweir Tavern is situated near Blackweir fields, making this pub a great place to stop off before of after a walk with your pup.

The venue has some great deals on food and drink throughout the week and is reasonably priced. There is a good range of food options available, including those suitable for vegetarians.

Dogs are welcome in the lower bar area which is clearly indicated and there is a doggy bar with water readily available.  The staff may even approach you for a photo of your pooch for their "dog of the week" posts on social media.
