Fox & Hounds
Fox & Hounds is a pub located just behind Risca Park. Perfect for stopping off for a drink after a walk in the park or along the canal. Run by dog lovers they are very welcoming, coming over to say hello, give fusses and offering treats and water. They host quiz nights, live music evenings and events (last Christmas they held a Doggy Christmas party so the dogs could met Santa). There is a pool table inside and a pull down screen above the fireplace. With additional seating in front of the pub and beer garden to the side you can enjoy the sun in the summer too.
