Dogs are only permitted on site on certain days and the lady at the entrance was a little strict and firm and didn’t seem keen on us entering. However the gentleman on the ticket desk was really friendly. Once inside the space and area to walk around was amazing. I would however suggest maybe a summer time visit when more flowers have bloomed. It is a little expensive to go in but parking is free and you could spend a full day there.
