Filey’s main appeal is its stunning sandy beach that stretches for five miles. It's framed with an old-fashioned promenade and colourful beach chalets.

Looking for the perfect dog walk? Filey is located at the trailhead of not one but two National Trails. One takes you 79-miles on Yorkshire Wolds Way. The other takes you to Cleveland Way and skirts the North York Moors for 110 miles. Of course, you could even take a pitstop to Scarborough along the route!
