Well-behaved dogs are welcome throughout the garden and park, however as there is wildlife and livestock roaming in these areas, they must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the house, the farmyard or playground. Doggy drinking stations are available.

Chatsworth House is a great place to take your four legged friend for a walk. There are clear paths leading to and from the main house and gardens. Dogs are allowed in the main courtyard, with various shops and a cafe if you stop for a drink and lunch. All seating is outside and dogs are allowed there.

There aren't many bins around so bare than in mind.
