The Milestone Hotel and Residences

Dogs are warmly welcomed at The Milestone Hotel. Not only are dogs welcomed by they have a very special set of ‘Pet Services’ for VIPooches. When you make a reservation, please mention that your pet will be travelling with you so they can send across their “Pet Preference Form". On Arrival, your pooch will receive a tailor-made welcome hamper, which includes a toy, a treat, a Milestone tag and clean-up bags. A welcome letter with information on all the special pet services is also provided from our Head Concierge. Your pooch will also get a choice of custom made Milestone Hotel pet bed, cushions duvets and floor mats. A “Do Not Disturb/Pet Sleeping” card is also provided which we feel is a great touch. Food and water bowl with fresh mineral water and an in-house Pet Menu. That's not forgetting a mouth-watering Turndown Treat. Dogs are welcome to stay for free, but a deposit is taken on arrival which is fully refunded on departure subject to there being no soiling or damage caused.
