The Glade at Sketch

“Sketch is one of those places you visit as much for the experience as the food. Every room feels completely different, and the interiors are genuinely incredible – even the famous egg-shaped toilets are worth a visit! We had lunch in The Glade, where the service was polished and the food was very good, particularly the savoury dishes. Afterwards, we headed to The Parlour for cocktails, which was definitely our favourite spot with Archie. It’s much more relaxed, dogs can sit beside you on the seats, and there’s even a dedicated dog menu with doggy wine, biscuits and ice cream. It’s certainly not cheap, but the three-course lunch in The Glade was £40 per person, which we actually thought was surprisingly good value for the location and overall experience. If you’re visiting with a dog, I’d personally choose The Parlour for the most relaxed and dog-friendly experience. We’ll definitely be back – mainly because I now want to try every room!”
