Maryon Park
Maryon Park is one of Greenwich's Green Flag Award-winning sites.
Formerly a quarry, it was once part of the estate of the Maryon Wilson family, former Lords of the Manor of Charlton. This large, hilly wooded site overlooks the Thames with the Green Chain Walk running through it.
It has a children's playground, basketball court and hard-surface tennis courts.

A local park of ours! The main area of the park you will find a children's play area, tennis courts and a circular green area set down from the footpath where you can find us running up and down the steep banks from the path to the green after our favourite squeaky balls! Alternatively you can follow a path uphill to the viewpoint from Gilberts pit. It is also on part of the green chain walk where you can follow the footpath uphill to nearby Maryon Wilson Animal Park.
