We are very fortunate to live very close to this fantastic royal park and it's most definitely our favourite. Quite often you will see me meeting up with my sausage dog pals for a group walk. The bandstand is a good meeting point in this vast park. Be warned the park is quite hilly, with the top of the park being accessed from Blackheath common and is where you will find the car park and the Royal Greenwich Observatory. The bottom of the park leads to Greenwich town centre with the famous Greenwich Market. You will find a cafe both at the top and the bottom of the park, so you can avoid climbing the hill if you need a refreshment! At the top of the park you will also find the deer enclosure, and also some gorgeous flower gardens (no dogs allowed). There is also a rose garden which dogs can walk through providing they are on lead. At the bottom of the park is also a boating lake and children's play area. The views from the top across Greenwich and London are my human's favourite thing. As you can see they like to make me stop and pose for photos.
