Artisan Cheesecakes

Artisan Cheesecake Kitchen is a little slice of heaven in Livingston for humans and doggies alike. For humans there are several different options, with a breakfast menu, burgers and wraps including several vegetarian and vegan options as well as what they are best known for, which is cheesecake. There is a selection of at least 10 cheesecakes available every day with a variety of fruity and chocolatey options and the staples of vanilla and tablet usually available. For doggies there is no doggy menu (as yet) but the treats are generously dished out. There is a large bowl of water at the entrance but a wee individual bowl of water might be an idea for the fussier dog who doesn't like sharing their water! Dogs are allowed inside and there is plenty of room for small to medium sized dogs. If it is busy, and it can get busy, bigger dogs might struggle to find space to sit comfortably. We were fine with our labrador on a quieter Sunday morning. You can reserve a table and let them know you will be accompanied by a dog and they'll find a suitable table for you. There are some corner tables and tables against the wall which dogs could lie under as well as a comfy sofa area with a log burning stove for days when storms are raging out-side. Be careful sitting here if your dog is a table surfer, like ours or you might find your food gone! We enjoy coming here with and without the dog, and we are always made welcome. Oh, did I mention that they also do takeaway cheesecake, so if you can't face it straight after breakfast, you can always keep some for later!
