Aberystwyth Beach

This beach is more pebbles than sand but it isn't completely full of rocks. You have the sea (of course) and various ice cream stands and cafes. There seem to be lots of people about and various events like dancing and running when we visited. Dog friendly pubs and cafes close by and you are more or less next to the castle grounds.

Parking can be difficult and most of the spots are pay at the machine.

Dog's are not allowed on the beach from 1st May - 30th  September
