We did the Cain Waterfall (red walking route) walk and had an excellent time. The sign predicted 2 hours and the description of the route as "strenuous" was certainly accurate - steep climbs, scree runs downhill and all the while truly stunning views. We all certainly built up an appetite for a slice of cake in the cafe!
