National Trust - Rhosili and South Gower Coast
Beautiful Rhosili bay, with a three mile long sandy beach. Visible on the beach at low tide are the remains of the Helvetia, a ship wrecked in 1887. During the summer there's a beautiful sunflower field to enjoy together (usually between July-August). Dogs on leads are welcome and there are plenty of facilities.

We visited the sunflower fields and were made to feel very welcome by the staff. Was a really lovely place to visit and in such a great location with the coastal path all around which led to a beautiful walk afterwards
