Freshwater West
Freshwater West is one of Pembrokeshire's most beautiful doggie beaches! Not only is it long, sandy with excessive golden dunes, it is dog friendly all year round! On a high tide the beach is sand (of course) with a scattering of pebbles. The blue waters here are immaculate and natural, where you will find an abundance of bird life, seals and fish.

We chose Freshwater West for our first beach visit due to the whole beach being dog friendly all year round. We were so not disappointed the sand, the water the rocky area, the coastal path was all incredible. No trip to freshwater west is complete without a stop at Dobby’s final resting place. Anyone looking for a beach visit this place is a must. Car parking was free too which was an added bonus
