We love visiting Troon beach. It is however only dog friendly certain months of the year (May to September dogs are not allowed). It's a great large beach that is clean so don't need to worry about the dogs getting in at anything. Great beach and there is a wall to sit on for any hoomans that don't want to actually be on the beach but still want their dog to enjoy it.
We love to come here, there's space for parking but you could easily walk depending on where your coming from. There's a giant path along the beach wall for bikes and people walking, and there is loads of space on the beach depending on where the tide is. The kiosk is nice, about standard price for most kiosks, and the bus from the beach are stunning. There are plenty of bins and not a lot of litter to be fair. Great for all types of people and dogs!
