National Trust - Plas Newydd House and Gardens

Image

Situated on the shores of the Menai Strait, with outstanding views out to the mountains of Snowdonia, Plas Newydd is set in a beautiful location. The gardens feature a wide range of plants including rhododendrons, magnolias and rare tree species in the Arboretum.

Dogs are welcome in almost all areas of our gardens and grounds, including the areas outside the mansion, the Rhododendron Garden and Camelia Dell. The only areas off limits to canine companions are the house (assistance dogs only) and the Terraced Garden, where the precise planting demands that it is kept a paw free zone
