Afon Wen Beach

This beach is located on the south side of the Lleyn Peninsula, approximately mid-way between Criccieth Castle and Pwllheli.

The beach here is a mix of sand and shingle, and the quiet, rural beach curves around a bay and slopes gently into the water. The Afon Wen (River Wen) and the Afon Dwyfor both enter the sea in the bay.
